Axelvox PM — monitor series, designed by Axelvox engineers especially for small project studios. All structure desicions are aimed at maximally accurate reproduction of medium and high frequency range. To achieve this, MF/HF drivers were chosen with maximally smooth frequency response in medium range. As well they have high sensitivity, allowing to reproduce all the nuances of your audio track. Tweeters with domes, made of natural tissue, reproduce high frequencies smoothly and accurately without metallic coloring, harmful for ears, typical to HF speaker with aluminum and polypropylene domes. Thoroughly worked through circuits of the amplifers provide high overloading characteristics, necessary in audio production. Application of forth-order filters in active crossovers allowed to avoid frequency response loss at filter division frequency.

Body structure worth particular attention. From the one hand, application of back firing ports has slightly decreased the response in low range, from the other hand, it provided clear solid midbass and fully eliminated from parasite LF noises and so-called «muttering», what have much more significance for audio monitoring.
